Sean has more than 15 years of accounting, finance, and business consulting experience and leads the Business Technology Services consulting area at EKS&H. His clients often refer to him as an “interpreter,” as his breadth of management consulting experience and expert facilitation skills enable him to skillfully align the executive (CEO), financial (CFO), and technology (CIO or IT Director) decision-makers within an organization around the highest priority opportunities for utilizing business technology more effectively to improve financial performance and increase business value. Sean has extensive experience guiding high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations through all of their business and technology planning and implementation needs, including creation of business and technology strategic plans and roadmaps, organizational development and change management consulting, business process re-engineering and optimization, enterprise software system selection, technology implementation support, and project management.
