Joanne Baginski is a partner in the business consulting service area of EKS&H with over 18 years of public accounting and consulting experience. She has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing and professional service corporations, as well as significant expertise in financial projections, financing and mergers and acquisitions.

She is active in a number of industry and community organizations and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce.
