Who We Are
Since 1994, EKS&H’s Consulting group has helped hundreds of businesses improve their organizations and achieve their business goals. Led by Lori Gibson, one of Denver’s leading mergers and acquisitions and transaction experts, our Consulting group teams up with new and existing EKS&H clients to solve their problems. We want to be more than your organization’s CPA firm. Whatever your business issue, EKS&H has the expertise to help you address it.

Our History
We started our Consulting practice as a service to our audit and tax client base, who increasingly expressed a desire to work with a professional advisor to tackle the challenges they faced beyond optimizing their tax position and assurance and compliance concerns. Clients sought information technology advice, software implementation assistance, management reporting expertise, assistance with buying or selling a business and more. So, EKS&H Consulting was born—first conducting mostly financial modeling services to assist clients in assessing their operations and making sound decisions in the short and long term. Today, our Consulting group consists of six partners and 20 associates who provide more than 30 unique business building service offerings.
