Kreg A. Brown, CPA

Kreg Brown is an audit partner and has been helping privately-held and public businesses for more than 25 years. Kreg currently heads the firm’s natural resources practice, which is one of the firm’s largest industry concentrations. Kreg strives to be his clients’ trusted business advisor. He accomplishes this by developing a deep understanding of his client’s business, listening to his clients’ needs and providing proactive solutions.

He has extensive experience in providing accounting and consulting services to companies in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, mining, renewable energy, manufacturing, distribution, software, transportation and high-technology. He has assisted many companies with raising equity through public offerings and private placements.

His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in various professional, industry and community organizations.
