John R. Browne, CPA

John Browne is a partner in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved with public companies and privately-held businesses since 1989 He has extensive experience providing accounting and consulting services to a variety of industries, including, manufacturing, distribution, software, high-technology, renewable energy and professional service companies. He has assisted many companies with raising equity through public offerings and private placements.

His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in various professional and community organizations.
