Melissa M. Brownstein, CPA

Melissa Brownstein is a partner in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1994. She has served numerous public and private companies in a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas, franchising, real estate, manufacturing and high-technology. Melissa is in charge of our Risk Advisory Services group at EKS&H. She is an expert in internal control compliance and assessments. She also has experience with public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence.

Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has served as a volunteer board member of various professional, industry and community organizations.
