Paul K. Edwards, CPA/ABV, ASA

Paul Edwards is a partner in the business consulting service area of EKS&H and has been involved with public companies and closely-held businesses since 1984. He has extensive experience in business valuation, and maintains the qualifications of ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser) in the American Society of Appraisers and ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) in the American Institute of CPAs. In addition, Paul has extensive experience in specialty tax services, and is a frequent advisor to business and business owners.

He is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers and the AICPA Consulting Section.
