Lori D. Gibson, CPA

Lori Gibson is a partner in the business consulting service area of EKS&H and has been involved with privately-held businesses and public accounting since 1982. She specializes in middle market merger and acquisitions, including buy and sell side transactions. Lori also has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail and professional services. She has significant expertise in accounting processes, systems and internal control issues.

Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is active in a number of industry and community organizations.
