Brent S. Hendricks, CPA

Brent Hendricks is a partner in the tax service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1997, providing tax consulting and planning for privately-held and public-traded companies. He is heavily involved in renewable energy tax credit project financing, and the clean technology sector. Brent has extensive experience in structuring taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions reorganizations and recapitalizations.

His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
