Douglas M. Slaybaugh, CPA

Douglas Slaybaugh is a partner in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1998, serving public and privately-held companies. He has expertise in the natural resources and construction industries, as well as extensive experience in manufacturing, real estate and club industries. Douglas has assisted numerous clients with capital-raising activities (public equity and debt offerings) as well as ongoing Securities and Exchange Commission reporting compliance.

His professional affiliations include memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
