Dean M. Smith, CPA

Dean Smith is a partner in the tax service area of EKS&H and has been involved with public and privately held businesses since 1990, providing tax and consulting advisory services to a variety of industries. He has assisted numerous clients with federal and state income tax planning, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is one of the firm’s specialists in ASC 740 (formerly FAS109 and FIN48).

His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified public Accountants. Dean is an active member of various professional and community organizations.
