David J. Steiner, CPA

Dave Steiner is a partner in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting serving private and public companies since 1975. He has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, franchising, wholesale distribution, software, high-technology and real estate development. His expertise encompasses issues with privately held companies, including management succession, structuring of capital needs relative to growth and succession plans and Securities and Exchange Commission requirements for public companies.

His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and AICPA Peer Review Committee. He is active in various community organizations.
