Randy R. Strandberg, CPA

Randy Strandberg is a partner in the tax service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1978. Randy focuses primarily on business entity taxation in the natural resource sector. Randy works extensively with taxable and pass-thru publicly and privately held businesses and their owners, from formation through dissolution. He also assists many companies and individuals in the evaluation, design and implementation of taxable and tax-free asset and entity purchases, sales and exchanges and liquidations.

Randy is a past National Comptroller for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, as well as past Treasurer and President of Project PAVE.
