Justin W. Dodge, CPA

Justin Dodge is a partner in the tax service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1997.  He primarily focuses on closely held businesses, family offices, and individuals. He serves clients in a variety of industries with an emphasis in real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and high-technology. Justin assists clients with innovative planning and transactional work, including entity structuring, partnership rollups, mergers and acquisitions, distressed debt restructuring and cost segregation. In addition, he is a regular contributor to the AICPA Tax Advisor.

His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Urban Land Institute.
