Shane E. Brown, CPA, CCIFP

Shane Brown is a partner in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1998, serving private and public companies. He has expertise in the construction industry, including working with contractors large and small, specialty contractors, governmental contractors, as well as, architecture and engineering firms. He also works with clients in the distribution, real estate and manufacturing industries, and has extensive experience in employee benefit plan audit and compliance. Shane is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional.

His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, Associated General Contractors of Colorado and Associated Building Contractors. Shane is a board member for various charitable organizations.
