EKS&H Opens Office in Northern Colorado

DENVER – October 25, 2005 – Ehrhardt Keefe Steiner & Hottman PC (EKS&H), the largest Colorado-based accounting and business advisory firm, announced the opening of its Fort Collins office.
The office will service the company’s existing clients located in the area while expanding its services to other companies located in Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont, Boulder and the surrounding region.

“We’ve been servicing numerous clients in Northern Colorado for some time,” said Bob Hottman, CEO of EKS&H. “Having an office in the area will enable us to provide continued quality service to this group of clients.” 

Principals Chris Otto and Kermit Allard are heading up the company’s new office. Otto has been involved in public accounting since 1990. He has extensive experience in providing auditing, accounting and business advisory services to closely-held businesses and public companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, franchising, construction and professional services. He also has extensive experience in forensic accounting and fraud prevention.  Allard has been involved in public accounting since 1973.  He has extensive experience in providing auditing, accounting and business advisory services to closely-held businesses in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, construction, agriculture and financial institutions.  He is also an experienced valuation analyst for gift and estate matters.

The following people will also be working for EKS&H out of the company’s Northern Colorado office.  In the audit service area, Shane Brown, Senior Manager; Tory Brown, Manager; Michael Perry, Senior; and Mike Madden, Senior.  In the tax service area, Dave Zamzow, Manager; Randy Koerselman, Manager; Gina Cathcart, Senior; Michelle Kooi, Staff; and Maryann Lasco, Administrative Assistant.
