Robert B. Hottman, CPA
Bob Hottman is the chief executive officer of EKS&H and has been providing accounting and advisory services for individuals, closely held businesses and public companies in the manufacturing, distribution, real estate, hospitality, club and service industries since 1977. Bob has vast experience in helping clients develop strategic plans, improve operations, develop information systems and plan for change and growth. He has served as an expert witness in various litigation cases.
Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree with emphases in accounting and marketing from Colorado State University. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. Bob is past president of industry associations and is active in a variety of community organizations. He is a certified public accountant in Colorado and Wyoming.
Howard Y. (H.Y.) Harris, CPA, J.D.
H.Y. Harris is a principal in the tax service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1979. He was also a practicing attorney for five years. H.Y. has provided tax planning and compliance services to individuals, corporations and partnerships in the real estate, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and hospitality industries. He leads the firm's estate planning group.
H.Y. received his Juris Doctorem degree from the University of Villanova Law School and his Bachelor of Science degree from Hobart College. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association.
