Christopher M. Otto, CPA
Chris Otto is a principal in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1990. He has extensive experience providing auditing, accounting and business advisory services to closely held businesses and public companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, franchising, construction and professional services. Chris also has extensive experience in forensic accounting and fraud prevention.
He is active in public speaking in the business community and recruiting for the firm. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Kansas.
Kermit L. Allard, CPA
Kermit Allard is a principal in the tax service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1973. He has extensive experience providing auditing, accounting and business advisory services to closely held businesses in various industries, including retail, manufacturing, construction, agriculture and financial institutions.
He graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in accounting. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
