Keynote Speaker, Kristin Russell

Kristin D. Russell is a dynamic executive with extensive experience leading large technology-based organizations. She is currently the Global President of Arrow Intelligent Systems which provides value added services in the design, build, manufacturing, and distribution of technology solutions across the globe.

Kristin has an extensive history before Arrow Intelligent Systems, including:
  • Managing Director with Deloitte Digital, leading the firm’s national Digital Government strategy and market. 
  • Secretary of Technology and Chief Information Officer for the State of Colorado, where she was responsible for the overall information systems statewide and increasing the effectiveness of government through the use of shared information and technology. 
  • Leading the state’s IT economic development strategy focused on attracting new technology companies and tech workers to the state.
  • Chairwoman for the Colorado Innovation Network Board of Advisors 

Kristin has also received several awards including: 
  • Government Technology's Top 25 Doers, Dreamers & Drivers 
  • The Denver Business Journal CIO of the Year Award,
  • One of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
  • 2017Top Innovator for Embedded Computing Design. She was the first female to be honored with this award.
